They work hard... play hard... and for many, this will be the best times of their life. They get paid to do a job, to be nice, and to serve, but really... About Joseph P Palmese

His career started as a bartender in a "topless bar" at age 18; going on to own his own neighborhood dive bar. When he decided to become a Professional Bartender, it was during the Vietnam "conflict" and considered the age of innocence. Laws were less complicated, the attitude against drunk drivers was in its infancy, and AIDS had not been discovered yet... it was a different generation. Many things have changed since then, but in his mind there will always be one constant... the Professional Bartender. He was considered by some to be very fast and personable; but he considers himself only as fast as he needs to be... and as personable as he wants to be.
