And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, that the Act of this state, passed the 19th day of November, 1778, entitled, " An Act to prevent the return to this state, of certain persons, therein named, and of others who have left or shall leave this state or either of the United States of America, and have joined or shall join the enemies thereof," so far as the same militates with the laid articles of peace: Also the Act pasted the 18th day of November, 1778, entitled, "An Act toconsiscate the estates of sundry persons therein named," together wi-th the additional Acts to the faid two Acts, and all other Acts and Resolves of this state, so far as they militate with or are repugnant to the spirit and meaning of said treaty of peace and friendship between the United States and his Britannic majesty, shall be aud hereby are repealed and made void. State new-hampshire. In the House of Representatives, Sept. t$tb, 1786. THE foregoing bill having been read a third time, voted that it pass to be enacted.
