Muter has been appointed analyst to several municipalities. Formerly represented by his late father. The Society of Public Analysts objected to the salary of 500 as being inadequate to the proper performance of the duties. Several lead ing analysts wrote to the various Councils, that, in their opinion, the remuneration was sufficient, seeing that a large number of the samples examined were purely formal.
