P.I Mark Stone receives a late night call telling him Las Vegas is going to be wiped off the earth by a stolen nuclear warhead. A half an hour later Mark meets with a 'Bill' in a sleazy topless bar in North Las Vegas. After listening to the story of the missing warhead, Marks declines to help. Bill counters with a veiled threat concerning Mark's sister who lives in Phoenix, AZ. The threat against his sister pushes Mark over the edge. Mark's world spirals out of control and his partner, Jose Martinez and Metropolitan Police Department Detective Samantha La Rosa find themselves pitted against an outlaw biker gang, an eastern European gang of killers and a group who calls themselves The Brothers of Truth. The hunt for the missing warhead comes to a climax in a large Las Vegas warehouse next to the main line railroad tracks.
