Think for a moment of someone you love. It could be a spouse, a sibling, or even a parent. Now imagine if that person told you they were cutting themselves. Cutting is a growing problem among teenagers today. When the pressures and complications of their hectic, ever-changing lives build up and become overwhelming, they long for some form of relief. Sometimes they find this misguided relief through the blade of a knife. Atrophy is the poignant tale of Andria, a girl who has it all but can't see it, and her boyfriend, Ren, who has to make her try. If he can't succeed, he risks Andria taking her cutting too far, and losing everything she thinks she doesn't have.
