About Jeanne Rejaunier
A former actress and model in New York, Hollywood and Europe, bestselling author Jeanne Rejaunier achieved international success with the publication of her first novel, The Beauty Trap, the inside story of the modeling business. The book, which sold over one million copies, became Simon & Schuster's fourth best seller of the year. Rejaunier is the author of sixteen titles, including My Sundays with Henry Miller and Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Heaven But Didn't Know Where to Ask. Rejaunier is a graduate of Vassar College, and also studied at the Sorbonne, Paris, and the Universities of Pisa and Florence, Italy. Branching out into filmmaking, Rejaunier shot, produced and edited a 4 hour documentary The Spirit of '56, Meetings with Remarkable Women. Lu Ann Horstman is a native of Princeton, Minnesota. When she first moved to Los Angeles, Horstman acted in theatre, films and commercials, then switched to writing songs, plays and screenplays. Eventually she relocated to New York where she wrote and produced the off-Broadway country-western musical comedy Sisters and Brothers and the dark comedy, The Devil's Departure. She also co-produced, co-directed and wrote the screenplay and songs for the independent film Ramblin' Gal, the music which was arranged and sung by two Grammy winners Ramblin' Gal was critically praised by Variety, and in the 2013 World Music and Independent Film Festival in Washington, D.C., the film received awards for Best Screenplay, Best Soundtrack, and Best Actress.
