Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Ardrossan Harbour railway station is one of three remaining railway stations in the town of Ardrossan, North Ayrshire, Scotland. The station is managed by First ScotRail and is on the Ayrshire Coast Line, 32.5 miles (52.3 km) south west of Glasgow Central. Trains are timetabled to link with the Caledonian MacBrayne ferry sailings to Brodick on the Isle of Arran. The station was originally opened on 19 January 1987 to replace the closed Ardrossan Winton Pier railway station. Ardrossan Harbour station is slightly more inland than its predecessor.
