Antonio Siddi (16 June 1923 - 21 January 1983) was an Italian athlete, who mainly competed in the 100 metres. He also competed in the long jump. He was born in Sassari and competed for Italy at the 1948 Summer Olympics held in London, Great Britain, where he won the bronze medal with his team mates Michele Tito, Enrico Perucconi and Carlo Monti in the men's 4 x 100 metre relay event. The long jump is a track and field event in which athletes combine speed, strength, and agility in an attempt to leap as far from the take-off point as possible.show more
