Excerpt from Annual Reports of the Selectmen and Other Town Officers, Cornish, New Hampshire: For the Year Ending January 31st, 1934; And the Vital Statistics for the Year 1933 Section 6 owner or keeper of a dog three months old or over shall annually on or before April 30 cause it to be registered, numbered'described and licensed *f-or one year from the, first day'of the ensuing May, in the office of the clerk of the City or town wherein said dog is kept, and shall cause It to wear around its neck a collar dis tinctly marked with its owner's name, and bearing attached to said collar a metal tag distinctly marked with its regis tered number. Said tag shall 'be furnished by the clerk at the expense of the city or town from the amount received from dog license fees.
