The constables have requested us to say that by the dog law of 1893, all dogs are required to be licensed before the first day of April, and that within ten days from the first day of May, warrants must be issued to the officers to kill all dogs not both licensed and collared, (nota bene, ) and enter complaint against their owners or keepers.
