Subject: Reshipping of grain at Lexington, Ky. Complainants desire a re-shipping arra'ngement at Lexington on grain, similar to that now in effect at Louisville, whereby grain may be drawn into Lexington from the northwest and other sections of the country handled at Lexington, and re-shipped to points in the southeast protecting the through rate from point of origin to final destination.
