Lines and grades for construction have been made in 92 towns for a distance of miles: Under chapter 221, General Acts of 1915, and for work under special acts, surveys, plans and estimates have been made in 20 towns' for a distance of miles, and lines and grades for construction have been made in 8 towns for a dis tance of 13 miles.
Layout plans have been made in 29 towns, covering a dis tance of miles.
Plans to accompany decrees for street railway locations on State highways have been made in 2 towns.
