With regard to the class of timber-culture entries subsisting at the date of the repealing act of March 3, 1891, the privilege of commuting and acquiring title after four years from date of entry, without further timber culture, at per acre, was extended by that act, and this privilege was taken advantage of during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1893, to the extent of acres.
