Excerpt from Annual Report of the Board of State Auditors for the Year Ending June 30, 1911 The Board continued the examination of claims which had been presented for allowance. A communication was received from Wm. R. Oates. Secretary to the Governor, requesting the appointment of Dennis J. Farrell of Cheboygan as janitor in the Executive department with pay from January 1, 1911. There being but two members of the Board present, action was postponed. The financial account of the State Board of Accountancy showing receipts and disbursements from June 1, 1908, to December 31, 1910, was received, examined and ordered filed. The said account showed a balance Of funds in the hands of the Board December 31, 1910, amounting to and was accompanied by check for that amount, which said check was covered into the State treasury. A statement of the receipts and disbursements by the State Board of Examiners of Horseshoers for the year ending December 31, 1910, as required by Act No. 229, P.
