D. 1914 Discontinued. - Questi0n 3 was called: Who are discontinued? The name of William V. Falcon was called and his character passed. At his own request he was discontinued. Ministerial Character. - Question 22 was called: Are all the preachers blameless in their life and official administration? The name of W. H. Long was called and the Committees of Examination reporting favorably, he was graduated in the' course of study, being already in orders and in full connection. At his own request, a commit tee of investigation was ordered, and the Bishop appointed Frank N. Parker, A. W. Turner and C. A. Battle as a Committee of Investigation. Addresses. - Dr. John R. Stewart, Secretary of the Board of Trustees, addressed the Conference in the interest of the Superannuates' Endowment Fund. Dr. Stonewall Anderson, Secretary of the General Board of Education, addressed the Conference. Report of Trustees of New Orleans Depository referred.-the report of the Board of Trustees of the New Orleans Methodist Depository was received and referred to the Committee on Church Publications with instructions to include the same in their re port.
