Anniesland railway station is a railway station that serves the Anniesland suburb of Glasgow, Scotland. The station is served by First ScotRail as part of the SPT network. It is located on the Argyle Line, 6 km west of Glasgow Central, on the North Clyde Line 7 km west of Glasgow Queen Street, and is the terminus of the Maryhill Line 10 km away from Glasgow Queen Street. Opened by the North British Railway, it became part of the London and North Eastern Railway during the Grouping of 1923. The station then passed on to the Scottish Region of British Railways on nationalisation in 1948.
