Moreover, all Waifs, Stray Goods, Wrecks of Sea, Deodands, a sliarc of all lawful Prizes, Lagan, Jetson, and Flotftn: as our Lawyers term it; that is, Goods lying in the Sea on Ground, Goods floating on the Sea, and Goods cast away by the Sea on the Shore, not granted to Lords of Mannars adjoyning to the Set: All great Fid s, as Sea-Hogs, and other Fishes of extraordinary bigness, called lojal Fijhes, except only whales and Sturgeons.
