Alumni Bulletin of Lehigh University, Vol. 8 : February, 1921 (Classic Reprint)
Excerpt from Alumni Bulletin of Lehigh University, Vol. 8: February, 1921 Proselyting, I regret, is going' on in certain quarters and it is my fond hope that those Who are paying the freight are getting distinctly overdue, perishable goods in return for their outlay. The one - year residence rule and the three years-gross athletic career are doing a lot to kill the practice, but I am sorry that they have not completely eliminated it. I think there is another channel of attack, and I have found it successful in such cases as I have had the opportunity to test it with schoolboys. It is merely an appeal to the underlying sense of honor in every human. About the Publisher Forgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
