About Nick Iuppa

Nick Iuppa has forty years' experience as a production executive, writer, and interactive designer for entertainment and industry. Recently Nick completed an eleven-year stint with Paramount Pictures where he served as Vice President and Creative Director of Paramount Digital Entertainment. There, Nick led research and prototyping efforts in interactive television, managed the development of entertainment websites, and spearheaded a multi-million dollar effort (with the Department of Defense, USC, and the United States Army) to bring the power of Hollywood storytelling to military simulation training. Nick is co-holder of two patents on the story drive technology that was developed as a result of that effort. This is Nick's sixth novel. John P. Pesqueira grew up in Tucson, Arizona and fell in love with rock music, television, and the movies. His studies at the University of Arizona led him to media production and work at a local television news station as a reporter and news photographer. Although his path included studies at Columbia University, Stanford, and work as a TV director at the Hewlett-Packard Television Network, he never forgot his passion for the history of the American Southwest, Mexico, and the stories about the people of these regions. All these experiences have contributed to his writing and other expressions of his creative spirit. John lives with his wife in the San Francisco Bay Area.
