Our customer reviews

I have just received this book, and I'm absolutely delighted with it. I have done some of Emily Peacock's cross stitch before (I'm ¾ of the way through the Kiss cushion), as I loved the modern, and bright designs, so I was really excited for the book to be released, and I wasn't disappointed. The book has lots projects for you to try, with step by step instructions, patterns, materials (including the amount of wool, etc needed), equipment needed for each project. The designs for each project are simply amazing, very modern, and the photography throughout the book is really great guide for you to work through for each project. Personally I can't wait to start the "Lean on Me" and "Love is in the Air", as they both looking beautiful. It also has an explanation of each type of stitch, which is useful for a beginner like me, as well instructions on finishing your design (i.e. framing, making a cushion, wall hanging, etc). Would definitely recommend this book for anyone interested in needlework, as its got fantastic projects throughout and it great value for money as the projects involved combined with keep you occupied for a long time to come. Thanks very much Jessica Aldred & Emily Peacockshow more
