Be it enacted by the Governor and Legis-Bepeul MG art lative Assembly of the Territory of Utah, That an Or-,0 El,"r_ Be? dinance entitled "An Ordinance in relation to the tim-Ion.A ber in the kanyons and mountains leading into Tooele Valley, and the kanyons between Salt Lake Valley and Tooele," granting unto Ezra T. Benson the exclusive control of the same, approved January 9, 1851, is here-by repealed. Approved, January 16, 1861. Sec. 1.
