To my youngest son Thomas Howe, my capital Messuage wherein I now dwell, a meadow in Stifford, tenements in Cree Church, S' Thomas the Apostle, & S' Sepulchre's, lands in White Cross Street, my Manor of Huntspill, Somerset, &c, and all my jewels, plate, &c. To my son William, notwithstanding his extraordinary undutifulness & disobedience, an annuity of 40 out of the lands in South Okenden. If my son Thomas dies without issue, then my lands, &c, to go to my son William, remr in default to the eldest son of my cousin Thomas Howe of Morrice Inne, Essex, gent. To my sister Susan Maxey, $0. To my brother's Lady a death's head ring of 30/. To my niece Smith, 30. My son William not to trouble or molest his brother Thomas.
