Doug Lowe begun his technology career as a programmer some 20-odd years ago and has been writing computer programming books since the guys who invented Active Server Pages were still in high school. He's written books on COBOL, Fortran, Visual Basic, Java, C#, ASP, Web programming, and probably a few he's forgotten about.
