This book shows that one must live by principles in their live. The 'Personality Ethic' of quick fixes ends up with larger wounds. Only the 'Character Ethic' works one based on principles rather than quick personality techniques. This book teaches excellent principles such as; The golden rule If you want to live a full life, it must be a self-disciplined mature life. If you want happiness, true happiness it does not always come through 'I get the best and not you' Would recommend this book to anyone wanting to enjoy life and are willing to be self-disciplined. There is a reason 15,000,000 copies have been sold.show moreby Duane
"This book is too long, there are too many examples, there are too many references to his family, and there are too many rules and regulations for living. However, the principles of the 7 habits are good when you eventually dig them out. We can all learn something here. You dont have to be a sales manager with a wife and children and a love of wordy books, but it would help. "show moreby a Book Depository customer
