Excerpt: ...during his life for his and their own use and benefit and from and after the decease of the said Charles Eyre to the use of the first and every other son of the said Charles Eyre now born or who shall be born in my life or in due time after my decease and their respective issue male in the order and for the estates hereinafter mentioned (that, is to say)' every such son respectively to take the said manors and other hereditaments in the order of his birth during the term of his natural life and from and after the determination of that estate by forfeiture or otherwise in his respective lifetime the said manors and hereditaments to be and remain to the use of the said Charles Butler and Nicholas Tuite Selby and their heirs during his respective life in trust by the usual ways and means to preserve contingent remainders but nevertheless upon trust to permit and suffer him respectively and his respective assigns to receive and take the rents issues and profits of the said last mentioned hereditaments during his respective life for his and their respective use and benefit and from and after his respective decease the said manors and other hereditaments to be and remain to the use of the first and other sons of his respective body lawfully to fee begotten severally successively and in remainder one after another as they respectively shall be in order of birth and the heirs male of the body and respective bodies of such last mentioned son and sons issuing the elder of such last mentioned sons and the heir.s male of his body being always to take before and be preferred to the younger of the same sons and the heirs male of his and their body and respective bodies so that such first and every other son of the said Charles Eyre born in my lifetime or in...show more
