If you stick to the recipes in this book you will lose weight. The 21 days can be swapped around. And if for example you only like 2 or 3 of the breakfasts, well you can have them every day. It\'s pretty impossible for people to stick to a diet for 21 days without having to eat out or have friends round so my advice would be to use it for all your meals when you can and when you have a meal out, just try to be sensible. It\'s such a healthy diet you could stay on it for as long as necessary to get to your desired weight. It\'s low fat, low calorie but full of tasty recipes and I haven\'t felt hungry. Anyway, it works!show more
