Hold on tight!
Betrayed is the second instalment of the House of night Series, much better than the first one if I may say so. 16 year old Zoey Redbird life changed ever since she got marked to be a fledgling vampyre continues to struggle with the changes with her being the "chosen one" of the goddess Nyx. With more action compared to the first one, didn't fail to keep your interest and be mystified with what's happening until you finally reach the end of the book without you noticing it. In here she'll experience to tap into her power (which is getting stronger as ever) more efficiently and effectively alongside with her friends. I find it so cool that her mark continues to change and grow. New characters comes into the picture this makes the story much more complicated and interesting. Teen writing is still abundant as well as pagan worshipping with more detail into it, sexual situations and discussions same as in the first book. The ending pretty much left me wondering "Is that it?definitely which meant for me to go and get the third book! :)...and I will. by R.D-Diaz
