    katherine I bought this book based solely on the reviews I had read, and it did not disappoint. I have tried several recipes - but the ones my friends and family delighted in the most were the key lime pie and the raspberry cheesecake brownies. With each recipe the cooking times match up perfectly, the results are picture perfect and the treats are absolutely delicious.

    This cookbook is a must for any dessert enthusiast! I'm heading over to the UK at the end of the year, and visiting this bakery is at the top of my to-do list in London! by katherine

    Shereen Stoddard I love baking and have quite a few baking cookbooks and I have to say this book will always be one of my favourites. I absolutely love books that focus on american baking.

    Been eating from that bakery since 2007 and I swear they can never do no wrong (apart from the lavender cupcakes but thats because I think they taste horrible).
    This book is so easy to follow, every recipe has a picture to show you what it should look like, its colourful, a joy to look at and they taste amazing.
    I use this book often and have made quite a few different things out of it.
