Reviews for The Kind Diet
Good Starter Book
This would be a good starter book for someone who is interested in going vegan. The book explains the health benefits of going vegan, and Alicia's personal experience in choosing this lifestyle. It also has a number of recipes, however a lot of the ingredients may be hard to find outside America. All in all it's a good book for starting out, or those new to the vegan lifestyle, but isn't one I'd recommend to those who have already found their vegan feet, so to speak! by Julie
