Must Have
I coach leadership in all sorts of environments and clients, I dont know how this book (even at number one for Amazon sales) has remained hidden from me. The online profile alone is worth many times the cost of the book and will provide not just a great sense of your own talents and strengths to focus in for enjoyment and job success, but how to develop the attitude of strength and talent focus and development for those who work for you and whom you work with, rather than waste many hours, days and years trying to fix and enhance your areas of weakness. It applies to families and friends too.
Easy to read and apply.
Highly recommend this one.
