    Disappointed2

    Yael I always do a lot of research before ordering a book and I was very excited to when this one came in the post. Not for long though. Even though it is supposed to be a best seller and a lot of people rave about it, I cannot see the big attraction of this book. Better even, I don't think there are more than a handful of recipes in it that I am willing to try out. I have a lot of books and just started my own (cup)cake business and this book is not really useful to me. I admit that there are some real cute project in there, but I am amazed of the amount of plain ugly decoration. The fact that most of the cupcakes are decorated with some kind of candy makes the cupcakes less attractive in my opinion. That at the same time could be a big advantage for people who are baking just for home and for fun. by Yael

    Liana Very glad I purchased this title. The instruction are easy to follow (and fun). I wasn't expecting such a high standard of cake design and was impressed and surprised by some of the examples. All are easily achievable and guidance is given readily. The book not only teaches but inspires. by Liana
