    Sónia This book by Sherry Thomas tells us the story of Verity, a cook who works for an important and rich man. However, he suddenly dies and all his possessions go to his younger brother, whom Verity knows well.

    The story is a slow pace of recognition where food plays an intriguing role...and leaves you with the eagerness to eat as well. The writing is careful, there are wonderful metaphors and discussions between characters make the book alive and poetic in a very simple way.

    I don't have complaints about this book, and there's nothing I'd change. Is it perfect? Perhaps not, but it's a compelling book; amazing characters the reader cares about and prays will solve their things to be happy. The book focus is in the main couple but there's another one, which makes this book even better. Two love stories in one.

    I had an amazing time reading it and in the end I felt both happy and sad because I loved the book but it ended. I totally recommend it.
