Lion's Heat puts spark back in series4

Dela Like most series, each consecutive book seams to have just that little bit less newness, freshness and magic then the previous ones. It is as is the author has exhausted her imagination about that particular world but is still under contract to write about it...It can be infuriating!
Lion's Heat is not like that, to my very happy surprise. Sure- there were plenty of familiar things in the plot line, the carachters etc, but the love story was lovely. Also the 'heat' between them was much more believable and - to me - more interesting because it lacked some of the elements that seemed obligatory in previous books.
All in all, I enjoyed this book more then any previous in the series since Elizabeth's Wolf - and that i read many years ago while Lora Leigh was still only published with the e-books. by Dela
