A great book
The Dead Hand is a great book covering extensively the subjects like nuclear disarmament, nuclear weapons, biological and chemical weapons programs, the general political atmosphere of the time and the times after the soviet collapse.
It also tells us a great deal about the characters involved in these subjects and also about the leaders of those days like Mikhail Gorbachev and Ronald Reagan.
The book is long but it can easily keep you interested till the end.
I rated this book 4 out of 5 because because even tho long, i think a book about such a large subject should be longer. by tommi antila
