Light, Funny - but too long!
I enjoyed this debut by Kramer, it was humorous, witty and light hearted. However, it was a bit too long and perhaps a little unrealistic. Now, I am all for suspending reality, it is why I read, and why I did not take this into account in my 4 star rating, as for me this was not an issue, but for others it may be. If you want a story that is historically accurate, this book may annoy you. Yet if like me, you like to read something a little whimsical, a little fantastical - then try this one. It is a nice light read that does not demand too much of the reader.
