Easy and wonderful read
Why are people successful? In this book, Malcolm Galdwell argues that it is not the innate ability, or talent, of a person that makes him or her successful, but the opportunity and legacy that are present when the person is on the road to success.
The author presents his argument with stories of success drawn from around the world. It is fascinating because after reading this book, you begin to appreciate how cultural differences determine a person's achievement. You will also learn that many people succeed because they are given opportunity that they themselves may not even be aware of it. The stories are interesting as well, making this book an easy and insightful read.
This is the first Malcolm Gladwell's book that I read, and I must say that I am impressed! Would definitely recommend for anyone who would like to rethink their perspectives on success. by Adrian Chew
