Everybody's favourite Doctor Tom Baker (no arguments at the back!) has signed a Who script for us to give away along with a bunch of newly scripted audio CDs voiced by the man himself. Brilliant, huh? Just answer a few simple questions and be in with a chance to win.

    1. What was the name of the 4th Doctors debut adventure on TV in 1974? 2. What was the name of the 4th Doctors final adventure on TV in 1981? 3. What character did Tom Baker play in the film Nicholas & Alexandra?

    Email your answers to editor@bookdepository.co.uk.

Competition closes Friday 19th November and the winner will be announced early December.

And listen to great Baker narrated Who CDs here...

I beg to differ, while Tom Baker and Christopher Eccleston were great, David Tennant was the best Doctor ever!!!

"My" Doctor was Jon Pertwee - I must have been about 11 when Tom Baker took over and loved him too, but it's your first love that sticks. Have to say Christopher Ecclestone and David Tennant have both wowed me considerably. The New series is/are (?) definitely an event and so different from the old longer series with cliff-hangers that left us with no nails left on either hand

I was born in England in 1961 and have been an avid Dr Who fan through all the years since although I have lived in Australia for forty six of them. I have managed to infect my three 'children' with the same obsession. We live in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia but my eldest daughter Annie and I were lucky enough to visit the UK in 2008 and saw the amazing Dr Who exhibition in Cardiff. Tom Baker is her favourite doctor she says his voice makes her swoon so I'm sure Annie in particular would love this prize and as she turns twenty one soon it would be a very special and memorable gift. Thanks for the opportunity, I'd give you a jelly baby but I've run out!

They say you always remember your first Doctor. Mine was Tom Baker, I was 9 in 1974. I began to watch Dr Who through all my teenage years. It was probably the beginning of my love of SciFi both books and TV and my eternal geekhood. I am still watching Dr Who, read the books, and have listened to some Dr Who audio books as well. This prize would not be wasted if I won it. I would treasure it!

Sorry Ed, here is the retort from the back. The best Doctor was Christopher Eccleston; certainly the best with a Greater Manchester accent at least.....
