    Stephen Rowe This is a great book if you want to get fit. I have been doing the exercises for around 6 months. The book is organised quite well and covers nutrition, motivation, some theory, as well as exercises and workouts.

    I find the 10 week workouts to be excellent and very challenging, although there are easier (and harder) variations for most exercises. If you don't want to waste time travelling to and from the gymnasium, as well as save the costs involved, then this is the book. The book gives me the knowledge to continually improve my fitness.

    Most of the exercises can be done with no equipment, although a strong door, a table an a chair, as found in most hotel rooms would cover all exercises. So there is no excuse for not doing the workouts whilst travelling. I am working up to one-armed pushups, initially elevated, whereas 6 months ago i struggled to do more then 6 regular pushups. I thoroughly recommend this book, although following the exercises is up to the reader. by Stephen Rowe
