Bobby Clennell is a genius! This book has the best illustrations of poses (each of which has many variations depending on your flexibility and, most importantly, where you are in your cycle). The instructions in the book are written so well that women without yoga experience could benefit. The first few chapters have helped restore my faith in the female body and its ability to heal - what a gift! Each pose is kicked off with a benefit section, which often includes instructions for various menstrual disorders (endometriosis, uterine fibroids) and their associated symptoms. The final chapters cover sequences for different times of the month and gorgeous sequences to relieve the many and varied symptoms of P.M.S. I have recommended this book to many women.
