Customer reviews

I reviewed the 2010 edition - I am assuming holds true for 2011. I needed a book that would allow three Australian families with no knowledge to choose between European resorts. I first bought Skiing Europe (Barr). Whilst this book looks & feels great & has all resorts on rateable star systems, the writing was not incisive enough, such that our decision was no easier. I then tried two other guides, Ski Snowboard Europe (Leocha), which was better but not great & then finally, this book which was hands down best, even though covers more, with US resorts included. This is my first online review as I wanted to save others the cost of three airfreighted books - you only need one.show more
