Aviod unless American!
This book indeed has a wealth of tantalising selection of recipes, all contained in a convenient ring binded book. Idea for the kitchen with gloss wipe clean pages, the ring binded pages mean there is no need to try and weigh pages down with kitchen implements. However, if you are a purchaser outside of America, think long and hard about buying this book.
Firstly, compared to the European and Australian Weight Watchers cook books these recipes are far from healthy. The mail reason most of these dishes claim to have a low points value is down to the minuscule serving sizes, less the 3/4 of a cup in many cases. Unlike the other European & Australian books that concentrate far more on reducing fats, sugars and carbs yet leave you with a sizeable healthy meal that won't have you reaching for the fridge an hour later.
Secondly, if you are outside of the US you'll find most of the ingredients hard to obtain.
Honestly, this book is nowhere near the standard of the many other Weight Watchers cook books I have purchased over the years. Really not worth wasting you money on, unless you are in the US or have low expectations. by Christopher Dugan
