I took a punt on this cookbook, wondering if it would just be more hommus and falafel...and yes, these recipes feature, but it is much, much more than that. Great recipes, new discoveries and lots of useful supporting information to take your Middle Eastern vegeterian cookery to the next level. Written in a light hearted, but informative and engaging style, there are some gems in here that will definitely make it in to premanent rotation, and many more I'm intrigued to try out. by Kate Puniard
