Fantastic!
This is a truly delicious book. Most of the recipes call for regular ingredients that can be foud in every health food store, with just few exceptions. The balance between fruit pies, creamy pies, chocolate pies and so on is perfect, and they all taste delicious!
The creamy pies rely heavily on cashewnuts so beware if you have a nut allergy.
This book for me even topped Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar by the same authors, which I would not have believed possible.
