    Ben This book does NOT disappoint!
    I've owned my copy for over a year now and I've tried almost all of the recipes.
    The recipes are easy to follow are require no weighing (all measurements are done by volume).
    While they are written (primarily for) an American audience and some of the ingredients seem a little obscure the first 30 or so pages give information on replacements/substitutions.

    These cookies will appeal to even the most die-hard of cookie aficionados. Vegan and not alike.

    kim I have had this book for a week, and have made 3 batches of different cookies so far, all soooo good.
    This is an awesome book.
    No one would ever know these were egg/dairy free!
    This is the third cookbook i have bought from these guys,
    they are nothing short of kitchen marvels, wizards even!!!
