Customer reviews

Everything you need to know is contained in this book, whether you're a beginner or an experienced knitter. It's a single reference for everything to do with the construction of a garment. It uses dual terminology too, so you won't get confused between US and UK terms.show more

Excellent book with very clear instructions and diagrams. As an intermediate knitter I did not need the absolute basics (although they are there as well) but loved the detail of fancy decreases, increases, different castoffs and fancy stitches. Very thorough and easy to follow. Covers cabling, colour work, lace, linings for jackets, fixing errors and care of garments. Thoroughly recommended.show more
