  • A lovely book for girls4

    Nadia Hussain This is the first of a series of books about the twins; Pat and Isabel who get sent to St Clare's boarding school by their parents. They are sent to be taught how to become independent and better in their manners. They start out determined to undermine the school and not enjoy it at all when slowly, the adjust the ways of the school and form firm friendships with some of the other students. This refreshing read tells about their adventures in the school, some of the lessons that they learn - even outside of their classroom, and the myriad of different characters that they come up against in their colourful school. It is a simple, yet well written tale of school life, growing up, morals and coming of age. A highly recommended book, especially for young girls. by Nadia Hussain
