To mark his birthday, the British Library is publishing the original BBC broadcasts of four of his most important radio plays as a 5CD audio set. The plays, dating from 1967 to 1991, are: 'Albert's Bridge', 'Artist Descending a Staircase', 'The Dog It Was That Died' and 'In the Native State'. Actors include Peggy Ashcroft, John Hurt, Penelope Keith and Felicity Kendal.
