Product description

Who doesn't know the classic story of Alice and her adventures in Wonderland? Renowned director and producer Tim Burton ("The Nightmare Before Christmas, Corpse Bride, James and the Giant Peach, Edward Scissorhands, Beatlejuice, Batman") has applied his signature stamp to this beloved tale, and will be sharing it with audiences in 2010! This splendid "Making Of" book will take readers behind Burton's camera, revealing the secrets of performance-capture technology and the marriage of live-action and CGI filmmaking, and feature Burton's singular style in a deluxe, volume. Fans of Johnny Depp and Anne Hathaway will delight in reading about his performance as the Mad Hatter and hers as the White Queen--to name just two of the film's star-studded cast.?

ALL THOSE PEOPLE WHO LOVE TIM BURTON'S ALICE IN WONDERLAND WILL LOVE THIS WONDERFUL FILMOGRAPHIC ART BOOK. THIS IS CERTAINLY A BOOK FOR ANYONE'S COFFEE TABLE BOTH IN ITS COVER AND GLOSSY CONTENTS OF FILM PICTURES WHICH GOES TO GREAT HEIGHTS IN SHOWING THE MAKING OF THE FILM. THE COSTUMES, PUPPETRY, BACKGROUND COMPUTER GRAPHICS AND SO MUCH MORE. IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE TO BUY FROM WATERSTONES AT OVER £40 AND I'M ESPECIALLY DELIGHTED TO PAY ONLY £21.45 FOR IT. IT IS A BOOK THAT'S WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY-ENJOY!
PS: I'VE JUST ACCIDENTLY TAKEN THE COVER OFF THIS BOOK...WOW!!! THERE IS A LOVELY SURPRISE BEHIND THE DUSTJACKET.
