    Joyce Dunbar is a widely respected author of more than fifty books for children. Her Mouse and Mole series was very popularly adapted for television and her lyrical re-telling of the Nativity story, This is the Star, received widespread critical acclaim. Debi Gliori is the author and illustrator of many books for children, including the very popular Mr Bear series. She won the Children's Book Award picture book section, and was shortlisted for the Kate Greenaway Medal in 1997 and 2004. She has written and illustrated several picture books for the Doubleday/Picture Corgi list, including Where Did That Baby Come From?, Penguin Post and Always and Forever. She is also the author of the hugely successful Pure Dead series.
