Kathleen King is the founder of the Hamptons' premier bakery, Tate's Bake Shop, and the creator of America's #1 chocolate chip cookie, according to Everyday With Rachael Ray Magazine. Born and raised on her family's Long Island farmstead, Kathleen began baking and selling her signature handcrafted desserts off of a fold-out card table at age eleven.
